Your first week is immediately hands on. You run eight simultaneous freeze tests across different environments and protection configurations, giving you your first personally produced comparison data set. You learn and execute the four-step Base Purification Cycle, elemental filtration, thermal distillation, precision remineralisation, and pH calibration to a precise 7.5–8.0 window. For the first time all nine keys are active simultaneously. Key 9 Sacred Storage, introduces cobalt blue glass, organic cork, Faraday containment, and the 72 hour active shelf life protocol. The Sacred First-Light morning practice begins, 500ml of nine key structured water every morning before screens. You track your biological experience honestly across seven consecutive days.

Your final week asks the most of you, not in effort, but in honesty. You design your permanent batch rotation schedule. You take one litre of your freshest nine key water to a natural waterway and perform the Crystalline Seed Ritual. You complete the Adversarial Discernment Trial, pass the Final Examination at 80%, submit your Sovereign Vow, and receive your Grand Master Certificate.

Water's Sacred Codex was built from years of personal observation, consistent practice, and a refusal to accept that the intuitive relationship most people already feel with water had no serious home. Catherine Polizzi created this practicum as a system that honours that intuition completely, and gives it a laboratory, a protocol, a community, and a credential to stand inside.
The course does not ask you to believe. It asks you to observe, document, and come to your own conclusions through your own hands. That is the spirit Catherine has carried into every element of the Codex, from the Standardised Observation Protocol to the Adversarial Discernment Trial in Week 6.
